At NEW NARI, our commitment to the community goes beyond promoting professionalism and excellence in the remodeling industry. We also believe in building a strong foundation for the next generation of skilled tradespeople. That’s why we are proud to continue our partnership with Habitat for Humanity of the Fox Cities by sponsoring the Youth Build program. This year, we contributed $375 to support high school students from Menasha High School in their hands-on journey into the trades.
What is Youth Build?
Youth Build is more than just a program; it’s an opportunity for high school students to gain practical, real-world construction experience while making a lasting impact on the community. Under the guidance of Habitat’s Senior Crew, these students work on building a new home for a hardworking partner family. They develop construction skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities, all while contributing to a project that transforms lives.
This year, Menasha High School students showcased their hard work by giving a tour of the build site to their peers interested in exploring careers in the trades. The walk-through not only highlighted the impressive progress of the home but also fostered peer-to-peer leadership as the students proudly shared their efforts and insights about the project.
