The lounge features four thoughtfully curated areas of focus: Fitness and Balance, Lifestyle Medicine, Nutrition, and Designing a Home That Restores You—sharing practical ideas for living well, from staying strong and energized to simplifying your space, organizing with intention, and preserving the memories that matter most. With an easy, welcoming atmosphere and content grounded in real life, the Wellness Lounge blends meaningful wellness with effortless lakefront comfort.
