Tough Jobs, Strong Minds: Prioritizing Mental Health in Construction

Construction, manufacturing, transportation– careers in these fields face high levels of stress, anxiety, depression and have higher incidents of addiction and even suicide. The physical intensity of the work, pressure of deadlines, seasonal ups & downs, stigma around mental health and unclear company values exacerbate these issues.

This presentation calls for co-workers and employers to foster supportive environments through open communication, mental health awareness and flexibility. Attending this event will provide valuable insights into improving workplace morale and productivity through positive mental health initiatives.
