One surprising trend noted in the survey is a decrease in projects focused on universal design and aging in place. This finding runs counter to what those working in the design-build space have reported, according to a Pro Remodeler survey. Those findings revealed that 85% of respondents noted increased interest in this type of remodeling work, and a significant 92% said they are actively seeking out universal design projects.
