Throughout the workshop, you will receive instruction and feedback while working through implementation of the management elements characteristic of successful remodeling businesses.

Over the course of just six months, you will work alongside other remodeling business owners across the country to improve your business systems, making your company more organized, more resilient, more financially sound, and easier to run.
