About the Speaker:

Jeff “Ditz” Ditzenberger is a Navy veteran and a soybean farmer from Monroe, Wisconsin. He’s also a passionate mental health advocate.Drawing from his own lived experiences, Jeff has made it his mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health by fostering open conversations and creating safe harbors for those in need. He founded TUGS, a non-profit that provides education, resources and support to individuals and communities by emphasizing the power of connection and understanding. His authentic, down-to-earth personality and truthful sense of humor has touched countless lives, inspiring hope and encouraging proactive mental wellness.
