To better reflect the professionals served by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the association has rebranded its prestigious Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards program as “NARI Remodeler of the Year™.”
“With its new name, the awards shine a light on the evolving industry, which includes multiple professionals who bring remodeling projects to life,” says Jason Hensler, NARI National President. “As such, the NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards™ will continue NARI’s decades-long history of honoring exceptional results in remodeling projects.”
NARI will maintain its wide support for submissions and winners as one of the premier award programs in the industry. The 2025 National NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards program opens in mid-October.
NARI members may enter projects among 44 categories, from residential kitchens and baths to exteriors and landscaping design. A panel of impartial industry-leading experts first judges the entries within one of the seven corresponding regions nationwide. Regional winners automatically advance to the national competition. The judges select one national winner amongst the regional winners in each category. Many of NARI’s chapters also host local recognition programs for additional opportunities to be honored. Participants may enter the National Awards even if they did not at the chapter level.
